Now my pasta does not stick together, and I cook them without oil! This is good advice though - the oil does help keep them from sticking together. But who does not know about oil? I think most people add oil.
However, there are ways to cook pasta WITHOUT oil. At the same time, they will not stick together. There are a few secrets that I will share with you.
Secret one
Pour a lot of water. For 100g of pasta, at least 1 liter of water, you can even a little more. If there is not enough water, the pasta will be too tight to each other and will begin to stick together already at the cooking stage.
Secret two
During cooking, you need to stir pasta or spaghetti more often.
Secret three
Choose good quality pasta. The cheapest for 30r of course stick together.
Secret Four
Don't overcook pasta! Watch the cooking time, it's very important! How much to cook specifically depends on the pasta (you can see it on the package).
Secret Five
After the pasta is cooked and begins to cool, they need to be mixed again. If you stir them in a warm or almost cooled form, they will not stick together.
Here are some simple secrets. And no oil is needed.
Tell us how you cook pasta so that it does not stick together? Maybe rinse with cold water? Or do you have any other secrets?
