Today I want to invite you to prepare a delicious dessert of cottage cheese with strawberries.
Instead of strawberries, you can add any berries you like. Dessert is prepared very simply and easily.
I prepare dessert by adding cream, but if desired, cream can be replaced with yogurt or sour cream.
You can use any soft, spreadable curd you like. I use cottage cheese prepared from kefir. Dessert with such cottage cheese turns out to be very tender and light.

Cooking method
If you have cottage cheese with grains, then first beat it with a blender or rub it through a sieve.
1. To 60 g (ml) of milk add 15 g of gelatin, mix and leave to swell.
2. To 400 g of soft, pasty cottage cheese, add
- 400 g cream with a fat content of 30-35%
- 100 g of powdered sugar. If you are sweet lovers, then you can add 120-130 g of powdered sugar
- 20 g vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar can be added to taste
3. Beat well with a mixer until fluffy.
4. Swollen gelatin must be dissolved. You can do this by placing a cup of gelatin in a bowl of warm water. Or lightly reheat in the microwave, heating in small pulses, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the swollen gelatin to the curd mass and mix until smooth.
6. Add to the curd mass 180 g of strawberries, cut into small pieces. We mix.
7. We shift the curd mass into a mold, level it, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours until completely solidified.
I have a silicone mold measuring 9 by 22 cm, 6 cm high.
8. After stabilization, we release the dessert from the form, decorate with strawberries and serve.
If you are cooking in a silicone mold, what should you do to gently release the dessert from the mold? We cover the form with dessert with a plate, turn it over and heat the silicone form for about 0.5-1 minute with a hairdryer. When the form separates from the dessert, carefully raise the form.

- Soft, spreadable cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cream with a fat content of 30-35% - 400 g (ml)

- Vanilla sugar - 20 g (4 tsp.) l.)
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Milk - 60 g (ml)
- Strawberries - 180 g
