Recently, I was preparing myself for stuffed squid and decided to share with you a recipe.
Squids on this recipe good as hot - or cold as an appetizer.

We need 2 servings:
- 2 carcass squid - approximately 200 grams,.
- 2 boiled eggs,
- mushrooms (I had frozen forest at this time)
- low-fat cheese - 40 gr,
- soft cheese - 60g,
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves,
- salt, black pepper.
Preparation.
Boil eggs and chop them finely.
Fry the finely chopped mushrooms and onions on a non-stick frying pan with a drop of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Finely chop the garlic.
Rub on a coarse grater low-fat cheese.
Mix in a bowl all the ingredients: fried mushrooms and onion, egg, garlic, low fat cheese and dressed with soft cheese, slightly prisolit and transverse. By the way, it turns out a wonderful salad!)
We turn to the squid. Squid must be well cleaned, remove the tape and pull the purple chitin plate.
I had already cleaned squid, I had to remove only the plate and rinse well with squid.
Then I pour boiling water squid, stood a few seconds, and is empty hot water.
You can now zafarshirovat squid.
Stuffed squid, I piled into the boat foil and lightly oiled soft cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
In the pre-heated oven to 220gr ship squid just 7 minutes.
