Step by step recipe
1. Separate two eggs into yolks and whites. We only need proteins.
2. Proteins begin to beat with a mixer and gradually add 70 g of sugar. Proteins with sugar should be beaten until a strong foam.
3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Add chopped chocolate to beaten egg whites and mix a little.
4. Put the resulting mass into a cup and fill it with about 2/3 of the volume. Now we take a knife and carefully draw it along the wall of the cup.
