At your request, I share a recipe for soup with chicken meatballs, lentils and potatoes.
We will need:
- minced chicken breast.
- 2-3 medium potatoes.
- 1 medium carrot.
- 1 onion.
- 60 g lentils (I used red).
- allspice, bay leaf, salt.
- favorite greens.
Preparation.
Put the pan on the fire at 3-3.5 liters of water, add some salt 1/3 tbsp salt.
While boiling water, preparing vegetables - clean, my. Rub the carrots and chopped onions. Potatoes cut into cubes.
Minced chicken pepper, salt, mix well and twist meatballs, laying them on a cutting board.
Billets prepared.
Carrots and onions fry without oil on a nonstick frying pan. In order not to burn - to add a little water.
Once the water boils, send in a pan roasted carrots and onions.
After 5 minutes add the washed potatoes and lentils.
Once the water boils again after adding the potatoes and lentils - run meatballs.
Put a few peas allspice and bay leaf.
Bring to readiness. Finely chop and add your favorite herbs into the finished soup.

Taste the soup is like a pea, but not as pronounced and softer.
