Well, a little bit about how I spent my Sunday.
Today I had a wonderful breakfast - millet porridge with milk, diluted 1: 1 with water.
Oh and please my stomach) I'm certainly very fond of different sandwiches, especially with red fish, but still need the stomach and give a little joy.
Here are many pay attention to what I often eat sandwiches for breakfast. Yes, I confess, there is. And you know why?
Sandwiches for me - is how many brownie or cake or other favorite vkusnuypirogek, from which there is no power to give. At one time I scored a bunch of extra kilos consuming sandwiches, especially at night. I could not stop!
And now for myself, I found just such an alternative - eat breakfast favorite sandwich, but on the right of wholemeal bread, not the bun. And yet - I am happy and there is no disruption.
So porridge left on 360 kcal. And of course, green tea with jasmine and Vitaminka.
I managed to eat 11 hours a sandwich with red fish (200kkal) And drink more green tea, unfortunately in a hurry and did not have time to take a picture for the report (. And it is time to go.
My ordeal weekend continued today. Feel things and care will haunt me for a long time and the hormone cortisol also show itself in all its glory, violating me my plans for weight loss.
Well, I had the cheese soup, cooked yesterday, which I fed the family and, of course, ate itself. Recipe I shared here.

And I have no rest today, or was not able to walk today as a hobby or just relax all day some business and care and work at the computer.
Dinner at me today a super protein with vegetables. I cooked chicken breast braised in a soft cheese with garlic, black pepper and paprika. Tasty and I like - fast! Tomatoes complement braised breast.

Total for the day turned 1245 kcal.
