Well, I have today for breakfast - sandwiches. Whole grain bread and an amazing ham chicken breast.
I must say that the purchase ham, but part of it I was very pleased. I bought it in the store VkusVill. Over half a kilo of ham I paid 285 rubles. Not cheap, of course, but once a month, you can afford if you love these products. Especially, being a number of harmful products can be good to save a money for the "right" vkusnyashek).
I often purchase in this store, especially like to buy dairy products there. I have never regretted the purchase.
I dare to recommend a ham for those who allow themselves for weight loss similar products.
Breakfast finished green tea and vitamins. Just happened to breakfast 300 kcal.
Snack I have today is super delicious
PP cottage cheese biscuits (delicious!) And baked apple with cinnamon. A cup of green tea has become a companion for work at the computer. By the way, cookie recipe here. Undershot by 190 kcal.
I find the time and in the 20 - 30 minute breaks during work to do physical exercise. Keep the tone of muscles and rest from work and computer. My exercise program at home can be found here.
For lunch I had the stuffed cabbage cooked yesterday. It was so delicious that ate as much as 3 pieces - 400 kcal.
Dinner today - a simple salad: ham, tomato, lettuce, peas, garlic and dressed with sour cream 10%.
Dinner turned on 220 kcal.
And a couple of hours before going to bed, I drank a cup of yogurt with cinnamon and turmeric - 110 kcal.
A total of 1220 kcal.
