The eternal struggle with excess weight, any diet and at the end of these diets - hello new kilograms of excess weight. Sometimes his hands and fell like a limiter is triggered and I closed my eyes to the excess weight.
And the beginning of spring brought me the motivation, a strong impetus, a signal - you need something to do with it all!
I got to hold yourself to work on a psychological standpoint and tune in to lasting results.
The first thing I do - it is the study of information about proper nutrition (about which solid all around, but very few people that it is in fact). Also, I learned that the best approach to weight loss - it is considered the calories eaten and there is a small deficit of calories.
And from that moment my life changed. I pulled myself together and radically change your lifestyle. I learned how to count calories, beginning stick to the basics of good nutrition and thus start to lose weight.
I'm not saying that is a direct PPshnikom here, but I try to stick to the basics of PP.
If my weight in May 2018 was 132.2 kg, at the end of December 2018 the balance showed me a figure of 99.9 kg!
In just half a year, I became a different person! My life has become more active and more interesting after I said goodbye to 32 kg of excess weight. We were more likely to walk with the family, get out to the parks, visit the city attractions. I started looking for any excuse and opportunity to walk though before I reluctantly went outside, especially in some public places where many people.
After the Christmas holidays, my weight is 98.8 kg.
I consistently say goodbye every month an average of 3 kg of excess weight, and intends to continue on its path of weight loss, at least 80 kg. Well, we'll see!
While describing his 2018, yet I knew that he was very good to me! 2018 gave me a push, laid the foundation in the minus 32 kg, and the desire to continue on and do not give up.
