Who for the first time on my channel, I want to tell you about myself.

My name is Anja and in May 2018 I changed my lifestyle, moved to a proper diet (well, almost right) with a deficit of calories and have parted with 33 kg of excess weight.
There is still a lot of work on myself, because the goal is to lose at least another 20 kilos!
Her channel I share my experience and tell about their menu every day.
And if at least one person to inspire my example and be able to lose weight - I'll be happy!


My day started with a breakfast that's this:

Sandwiches with whole wheat bread, avocado and foie Cod.

Vitaminki and green tea.

A total of 340 kcal breakfast came.

Immediately after breakfast, using the last weekend, my family and I went for a walk in Sokolniki park!

Small frost are not an obstacle, the main thing to dress warmly!

Fresh air, good mood - what else is needed for the walk) Zhgem calories?

Incidentally, in Sokolniki, in my opinion, one of the best rinks this year. There is a huge surcharge rink with perfect ice and ice skate rentals, as well as a wider track, filled throughout the park, where you can ride as much as necessary, and free of charge.

For kids and not only built a huge slide! Even scary to watch how the kids at the height of the roll cheesecakes.

On the way home to get a small snack - an apple - 70 kcal.

Returning to walk quickly cooked pasta durum wheat with minced chicken butter for the family.

Statement prepared separately and put instead of butter to stuffing half tablespoons low-fat sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.

Turned quickly cook dinner and family and yourself from the same basic products.

Lunch at 14 o'clock. Lunch turned by 300 kcal.

After a couple of hours after dinner was a snack - light cheesecake cheesecake - 130kkal and green tea. Cheesecake recipe can be found here.

Well, for supper, from the remains of minced chicken, cooked patties on the currently non-stick frying pan and, I confess, with a drop of olive oil, but tanned cutlets are obtained mainly from the eggs. By cutlets add green peas and tomato.

Dinner 340 kcal.

Just that day happened 1180kkal.

Once again, the effect of the glad cream with the addition of vitamins A and E. Probably, I will constantly use vitamins with cream, if further experience does not show any negative results.
