Dumplings, cooked in this recipe, a very gentle, with a crisp and very fragrant and hearty.

Wheat flour - 500 g
Compressed yeast - 20 g

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Butter - 10 g
Preparation:
1. We make a brew. Mix the sifted wheat flour (200 g), yeast, whey (or warm water), and sugar.
Cover with a lid and leave for 30-40 minutes.

The finished brew add oil and salt. Then gradually add the rest of the sifted flour. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes.
The dough should get soft and pliable.
3. The finished dough is rolled into a ball and cover with a tea towel. We leave in a warm place.

5. The finished dough divide into two parts, roll out of each rectangle, we turn to roll and cut to small pieces.

7. Put the rolls in the prepared pan.
8. Cover the form with the dough with cling film and leave for 60-90 minutes proofed.
During this time the dumplings will increase significantly in size.
9. Then, put in the warmed up to 210 C oven for about 30 minutes, until cooked and appetizing golden brown in pampushek surface.
