Ingredients: DOUGH:, butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, GLAZE (milk / shock):, powdered milk / cocoa, powdered sugar, cream or milk, (room temperature) butter, lime zest, vanillin /vanillin
Cooking method:
Grind the melted plum and butter in a bowl with sugar and cocoa.
Sift flour, knead plastic homogeneous chocolate dough.
Form a sausage with a diameter of ~ 2.7 cm from the dough. String the sausage into small circles (we got 17 small pieces).
Roll a ball out of each circle, flatten it with your hands and make a notch in the middle with your finger to fill with icing, fondant or cream.
Spread the petit fours on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a baking mat.
Bake for 15-17 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C * at a temperature of ~ 150 C *. They should grab, a crust should appear on top, but it will not be hard (they will become harder when they cool down).
Pour icing on the cooled cakes and decorate to taste😋
GLAZE: 1) combine the sugar powder and cocoa (dry milk). 2) add cream, vanillin (zest), stirring constantly, bring to a boil. 3) remove from the heat, put the drain in the glaze. Oil at room temperature - the glaze is ready
