Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
For breakfast, I have my favorite sandwiches on rye bread without yeast (60 g) with fish paste (65 g). And piece (15 c) 75% chocolate to green tea and jasmine.
I remembered here the other day that have not eaten such a useful avocado and bought it for sandwiches. And what do you think. In the store it was so beautiful to look at, to touch ripe. And as soon as I take it now to spread on bread, and I understand that he is not yet ripe and a little hard. How did it happen? ) I had to clean it up, I'll wait when ripe.
Do you like this happen? The store seems an excellent product, but at home it turns out well, that's not exactly what you need).
Breakfast came on 400 kcal. I did not forget and about vitamins and omega-3 capsule.
On Friday, I normally try to finish all the work of the case and to tidy up the apartment to leave a free weekend for a family. In the worst case, I can work on the computer at night, when everybody will relax.
Snacking fruit during operation: Kiwi (80 g) and banana (70 grams) - 100 kcal.
I love to cook for a few days to as little as possible to spend time for cooking. Given that some PP about food my family is not particularly eat, I have to cook them separately.
And I do not how many do not suffer from the fact that we have to have the same thing, such as a dinner, a few days in a row.
And today on my lunch again buckwheat (120g), chicken roll with mushrooms and cheese (160 gr) and a few vegetables - tomatoes (110 g) and pepper (50 g).
Lunch brought me around 400 kcal.
For dinner I extinguished Mexican mixture (110 g) and fried fish without a non-stick frying oils and spices (150 gr).
Dinner came to 300 kcal.
A few hours before snaya I drank 150 grams of yogurt 2.5%
All in all, the day I came out in 1275 kcal. Rate of water drunk (30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
