My name is Anna and I'm losing weight from 132 kg in May 2018.

My result is minus 32 kg today.

True eating disorders December 31 and January 1, water shortages (again, I'm not in compliance with the norm and not drink the necessary amount of it) and a bust with salted fish did their job and detained water. Therefore, the scales show me the numbers, which do not want to see me).

Well do not worry, all fixable, and a couple of days I hope will raise the weight, which came before the holidays, and it is 99 kg!

Breakfast I called luxury residues)

Sandwich with whole grain bread and red caviar. And the remnants of lettuce with red beans, cooked chicken breast, marinated cucumbers, garlic and seasoned with yogurt and mustard. As well as an irreplaceable green tea with jasmine.

This month, I do not drink omega-3, I take a break! But I started to drink vitamin complex.

My dinner today and vegetable protein).

I wanted scrambled eggs with tomato and pepper and a little low-fat cheese.

Dinner - 430 kcal.

In the end of the day 1200 kcal.

Given that I am sticking to the calorie deficit it 1300kkal, it can be said that the day after the holidays unloads naedennye previously calories)).

I did not forget and about the water! Drank more than 2.5 liters!
