Good day!

Today I want to share with you a quick and easy dessert recipe - Baked apple with cream cheese and cinnamon.

In this dessert you can indulge yourself often, because calorie food is only 80 kcal per 100g.

And the ease of preparation, low product cost and time are certainly one of the privileges of this dessert.

My apple turned about 150 kcal.

For dessert for 2 servings, we need:

- 2 medium apples (my weighed 120g)

- 100 grams of cheese, 0-5% fat (this time I used a jar of soft cheese, although often cook with the usual cheese)

- cinnamon to taste,

- sweetener to taste.

Preparation:

Well my our apples, cut off the top (not throw) and gently remove themidway, taking care not to damage the walls and bottom of a apple. Wiping the middle of a convenient spoon.

Mix cottage cheese with cinnamon (I added a half teaspoon of cinnamon in jar with cream cheese and 2 packets sugar substitute Fitparad) and well stir.

Then fill curd mixture apples and closes the lid of the truncated apex.
