Ingredients per 1 liter jar:

600 gr. shredded cabbage
2 carrots
1 red bell pepper
0.5 tsp fennel seeds
5 pieces. Pepper sweet pea

To a 3-liter marinade:

3 liters of hot water
1 tbsp. l. salt
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. 70% vinegar essence 7-8 or article. l. 9% vinegar

Preparation:

1. Cabbage clean up from the upper sheet and finely chop.
Carrot Wash, peel and grate.

2. Bulgarian pepper washed, cut in half and clean out the seeds.
Cut the peppers into thin strips, like salad.

Optionally add 2-3 crushed garlic cloves.

3. Brine boil water. Pour salt and sugar and mix. Remove from heat.

When the hot water has cooled slightly, pour the vinegar cool.

4. Mix hands cabbage with carrots and bell pepper. Pour dill seeds or cumin. And also do not forget the sweet pepper.

5. Banks are cleaned and sterilized.

6. In ostuzhennoy banks put cabbage, sealing the hand or a wooden pestle is stronger.

7. Pour cans sauerkraut brine, once sealed, so that the contents of the brine covered.
Close lid jars with plastic lids and put into the refrigerator.

A day cabbage with bell peppers will be ready!

Serve, tucking fragrant oil, adding sugar to taste and onions.
