I used to like everything cooked "green soup" (as it is often called) with sorrel. But somehow learned a list of foods which provoke gout (And I had a friend who suffers from this terrible disease). so here sorrel in this list - in the first rows. Also: Oxalates, which are contained in Shchavlev - form sand and stones in the kidney, a gall bladder. So - I found an alternative Shchavlev - it seaweed. Which is to say many times more useful than the sorrel. It has all substances that the body needs. Algae are rich in macro- and microelements:
* Iodine Bromine * * manganese cobalt magnesium * zinc * iron * * * potassium sodium * gray * * phosphorus nitrogen.

And now prepare. Sometimes I cook a vegetable soup (no meat at all), but more often use their "meat cubes" that is harvested in advance (very time-saving)
What do you need: / I from 2-liter pot /
* Potatoes - 1 pc.
* Eggs - 3 pcs.
* Carrots - 1 pc
* Onion - 1 pc
* Seaweed (half 250 gram jar)
* Meat broth (or, as I have - my "cube"))
In a saucepan pour water to your "cube" (you can cook any soup with any meat), put the potatoes, then do zazharku (onions + carrots), eggs cut shallow cabbage lightly wash and directly into the broth. zazharku put- in supets little zelenuhi can add and do not forget to add salt / pepper to your liking. Supets turns out tasty, budget, fast!
