I will share one of my favorite mushroom recipes. We will prepare them in garlic butter, it is very tasty and easy! This appetizer is perfect for the holiday table, such as the New Year. So take a prescription note.

Preparation:

To prepare the mushrooms, we need 12 mushrooms. If you are preparing for a big company, you increase the amount of mushrooms (and other ingredients, respectively), so that the guests love them dearly and quickly eat.

Mushrooms not cleared, just wipe them with a damp clean cloth. We do it carefully so as not to break the mushrooms. Then wipe dry with a paper towel or simply wait for the dry yourself.

In a frying pan melt the 4-5 tablespoons of butter. 4 are added thereto crushed garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons finely chopped greens. Cooking, stirring constantly, over medium heat, until then, until it will smell of garlic. Add a little salt and pepper to taste - and then remove from heat.

Get the garlic butter oil the mushrooms from all sides and put them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Baking and bottom of the mold may be further lubricated little vegetable oil, or to lay a parchment. Bake oven mushrooms in about 10-15 minutes.

You can do a little bit differently. Remove legs, hats inside and outside grease with garlic butter, stuff the mushrooms and some stuffing. For example, the cut legs mushroom + green + grated cheese. It will also be very tasty.
