I share my favorite recipe of meat and cabbage pelmeshek, which I just love. They are delicious, juicy, nutritious - your whole family will be pleased. The recipe is very good, take note.

Ingredients:

minced meat (any) - 500 gr
cabbage - 300 gr
flour - 15-17 tablespoons
water - 1 cup
egg - 1 pc
salt - 1 tablespoon without slides into the dough
Onion - 1 pc (small)
ground black pepper to taste
sour cream and herbs - to feed

Minced meat of my beef and pork, but can take any. Minced salt, pepper to taste. Add one small onion, cut into small cubes.

Shinkuem cabbage very finely, little sprinkle with salt and begin to squeeze her hands, so that the juice appeared. Thus cabbage becomes softer and faster to cook.

Cabbage add to the stuffing. Also, pour 2-3 tablespoons of warm water. This is to ensure that the dumplings were juicier.
