Cottage cheese - 250 grams
Sugar - half cup
Eggs - 1 pc
Vegetable oil - half cup
Flour - 350-400 grams
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 package

Powdered sugar - 120 g
Egg white - 1 piece
Cheese mix with eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Triturate to homogeneity. Can be pre-cheese through a sieve. The more homogeneous the cheese, the softer and the air will be gingerbread.
Add the vegetable oil, stir. A portion of the pour flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. It should be soft.
Now form the dough cakes - by hand or by using molds. Spread on a tray and put in the oven (temperature 200 degrees). Gingerbread bake until light golden color, it is important not to overdo them, otherwise they will not be so soft and gentle.
