Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious, satisfying and not expensive salad. All products are the most common and everyone can find at home.
For this salad, you need to boil the chicken breast. I have a homemade chicken fillet so I only use half. Steamed the meat with salt, pepper and bay leaves.
The cooled meat must be cut into strips. Onions, preferably red, cut into thin strips as well. Salt and pepper three eggs to taste, mix well. Divide the egg mass into two parts and bake the pancakes.
The resulting pancakes I cut in half and cut into strips as in the photo, add to the salad bowl.
And now the most important ingredient that will add spice to the salad is Korean carrots. I made it the night before, it took me literally 10 minutes. All ingredients need to be mixed well, now the dressing.
2 boiled yolks, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, 0.5 tsp. tablespoons of mustard, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and season the salad.

200 g chicken fillet
3 eggs
1 onion
150 g Korean carrots
