Chicken croquettes, baked potatoes in creamy tomato sauce

When there's no time to cook complicated dishes, these meatballs you sure help out, help you quickly and is tasty to feed the whole family.

Ingredients:

350 gr. chicken
6 medium sized potatoes
2 pcs. onions
2 garlic cloves
2 eggs
1 slice of white bread
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. flour
Article 0.5. water
salt
ground black pepper
spices to taste

Preparation:


1. Chicken fillet mince.

2. Onions cleaned and cut into small cubes or miss with the meat through a meat grinder.

3. Garlic is passed through the press or grate.

4. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic and soaked bread in water.

Minced knead, salt, season with pepper and spices.

5. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into large chunks.

6. Lubricate any butter a baking dish.

In the middle lay out the form prepared potatoes.

7. From stuffing to form the meatballs, breaded in flour and put them on the edge of the form.

8. For sauce mix tomato paste with sour cream and water.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

9. Pour the sauce into a mold with meatballs and potatoes.

10. Bake at 200 degrees until cooked potatoes, but not less than 40 minutes.
