Flan with mushrooms and tomatoes

Ingredients:

pack of puff pastry (plate)
400 gr. mushroom
100 gr. cheese
2 eggs
0.5 cup milk
2 medium tomatoes or 10 pieces. cherry tomatoes
herbs (onion, dill, parsley)
vegetable oil
salt
pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Puff or shortcrust pastry to defrost slightly and roll out.

2. Grease the baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.

3. Put the dough into a mold to form ledges high - at least 3 cm. Cut off the excess dough with a sharp knife.

4. Make frequent punctures to test a fork or a toothpick, so it does not swell much in the process of baking.

5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

6. Sprinkle the dough half the grated cheese.

7. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Put the form in the oven and bake basis for 10 minutes.

8. Mushrooms and onions into small cubes. Fry onion with mushrooms until cooked in vegetable oil.

9. Mushrooms put on top of the foundations of baked dough, salt, season with spices to taste.

10. Greens wash, dry, chop and put it on top of the mushrooms.

11. Tomatoes washed, cut and then cut into thin slices.

If using cherry tomatoes, they can be cut in half.
Put a circle on top of the greens and salt.

12. Beat eggs fork with a pinch of salt and pepper.

13. Add eggs milk, the rest of the grated cheese. You can add any spices to taste and desire.

14. Fill pie-shaped resulting mixture.

15. Bake filler mushroom pie in an oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until cooked.
