Ingredients: eggs (category C0), sugar, milk, vegetable oil, flour, vanilla sugar, baking powder, Filling: prunes, walnuts

Cooking method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking dish (I have a size of 20x20 cm): line it with parchment or grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Prepare the dough. To do this, combine eggs with regular and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer for 5-6 minutes, until fluffy dense foam.

Pour in vegetable oil and milk.

Combine the flour with the baking powder and, sifting, add to the milk-egg mixture. With a mixer on low speed or with a hand whisk, mix the dough until smooth and moderately thick.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Top evenly distribute previously prepared nuts, prunes. Pour the second half of the dough over the filling and smooth the surface again.

Bake a jellied pie with prunes and nuts in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - it should come out of the center of the pie without traces of batter. You can decorate the finished cake by sprinkling with powdered sugar.
