Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 3 pcs
Cheese - 150 c
Flour - 1.5-2 tablespoons
Eggs - 2 pcs
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Sour cream or mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Vegetable oil

Tomatoes on a small incision crosswise, pour over boiling water and remove the skin.

Tomatoes cut into slices. Salt, pepper to taste, add a little crushed garlic.

Now prepare the cheese batter. In a bowl, mix the eggs, grated cheese, sour cream (or mayonnaise) and flour. Optionally, in the batter, you can add a little greenery and additionally a little salt.
