✅ I propose to all lovers of cucumbers to make such an appetizer. The simplest products in the composition. Oh, how delicious it is! A recipe from my beloved husband. The cucumbers are aromatic and crunchy. They go well with meat, especially kebabs.
Let's cook already!
We take a clean can - 1.5-1.7 liters (just wash it well). Put dill on the bottom, cut into pieces half a clove of garlic (only a large clove).
Mash one bay leaf in your hand and in a jar. A couple of allspice peas and a few black peppercorns. Everything is as simple as possible.
Cucumbers are suitable for any size. The husband usually cuts them into four centimeter pieces. It is important - be sure to cut off the "edges" of the cucumbers so that nothing tastes bitter (you never know).
We cut a couple of cucumbers, then added garlic, dill, pepper, bay leaf again. And so on until you reach the edge of the can.
Next, fill it with clean, cold water to the very top (so that the cucumbers are covered with water).
We fill in a tablespoon with a slide of salt and half a teaspoon of sugar. The husband has such proportions. We do not interfere with anything!
We put the jar on a plate, cover with a nylon lid (but do not close, just cover).
We leave it on the table for 10 hours and the delicious salted cucumbers are ready. Bon Appetit!
