Boil quail eggs for flowers, peel them warm, put them on 5 skewers, wrap in cling film, twist the ends with a wire, let cool for 10 minutes. Expand the film and cut the eggs into 4 - 5 pieces, you get beautiful little flowers.

Cut the carrots into thin pieces, put them in a microwave-safe dish, pour in a little water and put on medium power for 10 minutes. Take out, cool, cut flowers from carrots as you like.

You can start assembling the jellied one - I will have a three-layer one. Put the fillet on the bottom of the transparent form - disassemble it into fibers.

Heat the diced jelly in the microwave, heat for 30 - 40 seconds so that it begins to melt, stir so that the pieces are completely dissolved and pour over the meat layer. Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to freeze the layer.

Get, lay out beautifully flowers from quail eggs, carrots and parsley leaves. Pour the jelly again and refrigerate.
