Delicious cream milk with semolina, which can be used for cakes, pastries and any other desserts. The taste is sweet, creamy, a bit like ice cream.

What are the ingredients needed for the cream:

Munk - 3 tablespoons 
Milk - 1 cup 
Sugar - 1 cup 
Butter - 100g
Vanilla to taste

Milk is poured into a pan or a saucepan and put on a plate. As soon as the milk starts to boil - add the semolina and cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

Let cool to room temperature. It is very important! If you use hot or heat semolina, cream consistency is not the same as the butter starts to melt.

Now mixer, beat butter. It should be soft, so in advance is necessary to get it out of the refrigerator.

Add the sugar to the butter, vanilla, and whisk again until smooth.

Separately, beat chilled cream of wheat. Then add to it whipped butter with sugar and vanilla. Beat all together once again to lush state. Delicious cream is ready. Now you can use it for any other cakes and homemade desserts. Bon appetit to you, dear friends!
