Tuna salad and Adygei cheese sauce

Ingredients:

1 can of canned tuna in oil or in brine
150 c. Adyg cheese (cheese or similar)
250 gr. cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
ground black pepper
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt
1 h. l. French mustard

Preparation:

1. Open a can of fish and pour the broth from the tuna. Lay the tuna in a salad bowl.

Add pepper and crushed garlic, mix well.

2. Adygei cheese cut into small cubes. Combine cheese with fish and stir slightly.

3. Cherry tomatoes wash and cut into halves. Also put in a salad, mix gently all.

4. Salad season with olive oil, being careful not to crush the tomatoes.

5. Optionally, you can add salt and mustard. Herbs and lettuce to taste.

Another delicious salad with tuna, but with the addition of vegetables below.

Tuna salad with bell peppers

Ingredients:

1 can of canned tuna
1 red bell pepper
onion
10 pieces. olives, pitted
leaf salad
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Onion peel and finely dice.
2. Bulgarian pepper washed and cleaned from the core and seeds, cut into thin strips.



3. Tuna and mash with a fork to open a bank.
4. Salad wash, dry and decomposed on the flat plate. Top pack tuna, whole olives, slices of pepper and onion cubes.

Drizzle salad with olive oil and season to taste.
