Today I want to share with you a chicken recipe called "Bird's milk". We often go to the village to visit our parents on weekends, and when we eat, we always ask our mother to cook such a chicken for our arrival. It turns out to be tender, so fragrant and divinely delicious. Try it. You will like it! Moreover, it is prepared very simply.

Recipe:

Chicken - 1 kg.

Water - 1 liter.

Garlic -4-5 teeth

Processed cheese -400g.

Salt -1 / 4 tsp.

Black pepper - to taste

Bay leaf - optional

COOKING METHOD

We take any chicken parts, weighing about 1 kg. Cut into portions. Put in a dry frying pan and fill with water so that the chicken disappears into the water.

We add bay leaf, very little salt ΒΌ tsp, since we will add cheese, and he will add salt. and black pepper. Close the lid and simmer the meat in a skillet under the lid for about 50-60 minutes over medium heat.

During this time, the meat should boil well, and the broth will turn into concentrated and very little of it will remain. Now add 1 can of cream cheese weighing 400 grams. Let the cheese warm up a little so that it melts and mix.

Now add garlic 4-5 cloves passed through a press, mix, taste for salt, if necessary add and immediately remove from heat. Let the chicken brew for 10 minutes and serve with any side dish. If you want the gravy to be thinner, then you can leave more broth.
The meat turns out to be tender with a creamy taste, I generally keep quiet about the aroma, it stands for the whole house. By the way, you can take cream cheese with mushrooms, it also turns out delicious.
