Now add the batter in 50 ml of vegetable oil and flour, about 500 c. Dough get soft and sticky, leave it in a warm place for 1 hour, so that it rose.

Then, when the dough is increased in volume, add another 300-400 grams of flour and knead the dough for more than cool. We divide it into several parts by the number of cakes.

Hands with a rolling pin and form a cake in such a way that it was in the middle of a small depression. Lubricates the cake top with beaten egg, sprinkle with cheese residues. Optionally, you can still sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
