What a time I was not on the channel pancake recipes. And so today I offer you a recipe for pancakes at Tatar semolina. They are delicious, lush, and the recipe simple, I think you will like it! So rather burn!

Ingredients:

semolina
eggs
yeast
milk
salt
sugar
soda
water
vegetable oil
butter

To cook the pancakes in Tartar, you have to be patient, because we are going to do a yeast dough, which takes time, so it has turned out the way you need.

So, take 800 gr of semolina, pour 1 liter of milk, add 1 tablespoon yeast, mix well and leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours. You can leave longer, such as at night and in the morning to cook pancakes for breakfast.

Then add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda. In the original recipe, in which I cook, no sugar added. But I put it, about 1.5 tablespoons.

Now pouring 1 liter of hot water from the kettle. It should be a straight steep boiling water to turned Choux pastry for pancakes. Please note that there is no flour in the recipe, it replaces the decoy, so that the flour does not add, this is important! Otherwise the dough will not like that.

So, knead the dough, leave it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. The consistency of the dough turns out like thick cream.

After the specified time can be pancakes as usual frying in a frying pan with vegetable oil. On top of each pancake can be greased with butter. Bon appetit, my friends!
