Okroshka on kefir
I like serving the potatoes separately, but you can add them to the soup.
Kefir base:
- Mix water and kefir in a 1: 1 ratio.
- It is better to mix just before serving.
- Water can be taken both sparkling and regular.
- Close the jug with kefir base and refrigerate.
- The ratio of food to liquid in soup = 1: 1.
Okroshka:
- Cut all products in any convenient way. You can choose cubes, you can straws, you can grate something.
- Mix all products. Add greens if desired.
- This filling is made once and does not cost the second day in the refrigerator.
- It is better to stir before serving so that excess juice does not stand out.
Refueling:
- Add salt, horseradish, mustard, black pepper and fresh herbs to the sour cream.
- Mix everything well.
- The preparatory work has been completed. Okroshka can be served.
- Add dressing to your liking.
