This cheese buns prepared very quickly, in just 40 minutes it will take for all - from dough to finished rolls. Buns cook in cream without yeast, so the recipe is quick. I recommend everyone to try, buns are soft, airy, very tasty!

Ingredients:

cheese
flour
butter
sour cream
salt
sugar
baking powder
*sesame
*greens

To prepare cheese rolls, we need 100-130 g of grated cheese. Cheese can take any, I even cooked with processed cheese, but tasty all turns out, if you take the 2 kinds of cheese (I take the leftovers). Cheese can rub both large and on the finest grater - it also affects the taste and consistency of the dough. For the first time on a large grate.

To add grated cheese 50g softened butter 1 teaspoon of sugar, half teaspoon salt.

Then add 250g of cream, stir. At this point, you can add them to the dough a little chopped greens, but this is optional. After gradually introduce the 2 cups flour mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Knead the dough, which should have an elastic, slightly sticks to the hands. If necessary, add a little flour, but keep in mind that the dough should be slightly sticky.

The dough is rolled out into a layer thickness of 1-1.5 cm and cut glass molds or circles. Put them on the pan, the laid paper from above may optionally be sprinkled with sesame or additionally cheese.

Ship baking in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Temperature is set to 180 degrees. Buns very tasty hot, they can be served on their own, but can be as bread and make sandwiches with them - very tasty! Bon appetit, my friends!
