We make "live" feijoa jam without sugar and boiling (so called "feijoa jam" for fun by southern tourists and sellers).
Ingredients:
1. Feijoa - 10 pcs
2. Honey - 2 tablespoons
3. Cinnamon - a pinch (without it)
(a small amount for a couple of teas)
Preparation
We take ripe autumn feijoa fruits, wash them well, remove all unnecessary (the peel can be left, or you can peel it). We cut all the feijoa into 2 parts, crush with a mortar so that the fruit gives juice and the blender can more easily cope with the total mass.
We immerse the feijoa pieces in a blender container, add liquid honey (previously liquefied in a steam bath and cooled) and a little ground cinnamon.
We twist it for about 2 minutes, put it in a glass and put it in the refrigerator or drink tea "without leaving the cash register!"
