I told him how I cook his favorite donuts-spiral. They turn out very tasty, air, soft - so yummy, Yum! Although the recipe is very simple, and not a lot of ingredients. I call these recipes "out of nothing" :))))
Ingredients:
Milk
Flour
Yeast
Sugar
Butter
eggs
Salt
Vegetable oil
Knead the dough for donuts. In a bowl, mix 250 ml of warm milk, 4 tablespoons sugar, half teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons of dry yeast. Stir until smooth and leave for a few minutes.
Then, trying to drive an egg, add 3 tablespoons of melted butter, pour about 3 cups of flour and knead the dough.
We leave it for 1 hour in a warm place. The dough must be obmyat and give it another 30-40 minutes, so that it rose again.
Now we take a little dough and make it a flagellum. Fold it in a spiral - billet donut ready. And so with all the dough. The donuts should happen roughly 10 cm in length, no more.
Donuts spiral-fried in a large amount of vegetable oil is then spread on paper towels to excess oil absorbed.
Also in this test, you may well do donuts and classical forms - round with a hole in the middle.
Ready donuts can sprinkle with powdered sugar, pour the melted chocolate or dump any cream. Bon appetit, my friends!
