Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe forflying off in cheese sauce. Everything seems to be simple and fast, and the result is always great. The cutlets turn out to be the most tender, and the sauce is simply delicious, I always try to make it more so that everyone will have enough.

Recipe:

minced meat -500g

bread -3 slices

egg -1pc

onion -1pc

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

black pepper - to taste

for the sauce:

cream - 400ml

processed cheese -150g

COOKING METHOD

To begin with, let's prepare everything, take 3 slices of bread, break it and fill it with water, leave the bread to swell.
Chop the onion finely, you can chop it coarsely (if you wake up later with a blender)

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put onion and fry until transparent and golden brown.
We take minced meat 500 grams any I have mixed beef, pork and chicken.
We put the fried onions, squeeze the bread and add to the minced meat (you can punch the onion with a blender with bread, and then add to the minced meat, everything is at your discretion)

Add half a tsp. salt, from spices I add black pepper, break 1 egg. We mix everything.
We form cutlets with wet hands, I get cutlets weighing 70 grams 10 pieces.

Now we fry the cutlets in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown under the lid, our goal is to fry the cutlets until they are golden brown, there is no need to cook.
So we fry all the cutlets.

We take a small saucepan, perfect with a non-stick coating.
Pour 400 ml of cream, the fatter the better, today I have 20% fat, heat and add processed cheese 150 grams, how the cheese melts, add the fried cutlets, make the fire minimal, close the lid and simmer 25 minutes.
While the cutlets are languishing, we will prepare any side dish I have boiled young potatoes today.


The sauce turns out to be very tasty, the cutlets are soft, I would even say the most tender and juicy with a creamy taste.
