Today I want to share with you a simple and quick recipe for vegetable casserole with cheese. A light, but at the same time hearty dish will be a great dinner for those who are losing weight deliciously.

✅To make the casserole, I needed the following products (for 1 serving):

  • frozen vegetable mixture (I have cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) - 200 g,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 100 ml of milk 2.5%,
  • 35 g semi-hard cheese,
  • salt, black pepper and spice "tomatoes, basil, dry garlic" - optional.

Cooking.

I previously defrosted the frozen vegetables a little in the microwave so that the casserole was not very liquid when water starts to stand out during cooking.

The vegetables should be divided into small flowers.

Three cheese on a coarse grater.

Preparing the fill.

We mix cheese, grated on a coarse grater, milk and egg.

Place vegetables in a baking dish. I used a silicone mold (size 12 cm).

Pour the vegetables with the prepared egg-milk mixture.

We put it in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 25 minutes.

Always refer to your oven for cooking times.
