Good day and delicious weight loss!

I don’t know why, but the other day I remembered a bun with poppy seeds, which the girls and I always bought at work for tea.

How delicious it was. 7 years have passed since then, and I still remember the bun.

And thanks to the memories, the idea of ​​a poppy roll was born.

It is simply impossible to pass by, such a fragrant and appetizing roll turned out to be.

It's a shame not to convey the flavor through the photo.

✅I needed the following products:

  • pita leaf (180 g),
  • cottage cheese 5% - 300 g,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 6 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • 1 g (sachet) vanillin,
  • 35 g poppy seeds.

✅Cooking.

The first thing to do is to pour boiled water over the poppy in advance and set aside for 10 minutes. Then drain the water from the poppy.

Cooking the filling.

Separate the yolk of one egg and remove in order to grease the roll before baking.

To move the filling, I used the blender as usual. I put cottage cheese, an egg and the protein of one egg, sweetener, vanillin and poppy in a blender.

She mixed everything well.

Next, we spread a sheet of lavash, spread the filling on a part of the lavash and carefully wrap it in a roll.

Lubricate with yolk.

We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Everything is ready! You can enjoy a wonderful fragrant roll!
