These cabbage pancakes will leave no one indifferent - they get very delicate, delicious, juicy, Yum! All heartily recommend this recipe, I'm sure that like pancakes you and your family!

Ingredients:

Cabbage
processed cheese
eggs
Bulb onions
Sour cream
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Now I tell how to prepare pancakes. We will need 300g of white cabbage. We cut it very finely. If the leaves have thick veins, then they need to be cut.

Add the cabbage to the one head of onions, cut it too fine. Put a small bunch of chopped herbs (I use only the dill, and sometimes green onions).

Next, put the two processed cheese, grated. By the way, to make it easier for them to rub, put cheese on 30 minutes in the freezer. Instead of cream cheese you can also use the normal, need about 150 grams.

Now add 2 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise, to drive 2 eggs and mix. Salt to taste, pepper.

And the last ingredient - flour. We place it 3-4 tablespoons and mix everything well. Everything is now possible to cook cabbage fritters.

There are two options: to fry pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Roast them very quickly, literally 2-3 minutes on each side. Also pancakes can be baked in the oven. I like this version better.
