Baked potatoes with mushrooms. Simple and delicious

Today for lunch I prepared here a potato with mushrooms - eaten all at once. The recipe is simple, fast, potatoes obtained simply amazing! Prepare also for his family - sure, everyone will love!

Ingredients:

potatoes
mushrooms
bow
cheese
salt
pepper
greens
butter
vegetable oil
mayonnaise or sour cream

Take 4-5 potatoes and cook until cooked in their skins. Then purify the potato and cut lengthwise into two parts.

With the help of a teaspoon gently remove the middle, leaving the edges of about 1-1.5 cm, depending on the size of a potato. Incidentally, the potato, which is removed, not thrown away, and use for cooking other dishes. For example, I use for salads.

Now take 200 grams of mushrooms, I do it's usually mushrooms, but you can take and other fungi. Very tasty will be with mushrooms or chanterelles. If you are not using mushrooms, the mushrooms need to pre-boil.

So, mushrooms fried in butter with onions (1 pc is quite enough). Adding to your taste salt and spices.

Then remove the mushrooms from the stove, add to them 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream, stir. You can also add herbs, as well as garlic clove.

Get a mushroom filling farshiruem potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese (all will need about 100 grams) and in the oven.

Bake potatoes at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot as a separate dish, garnish the top with greenery. Bon appetit, my dear!
