Aspic for the winter in the banks. My recipe without gelatin

Admin

Did you know that the jelly can be prepared in store for the winter rolled it to the bank? The result is not worse at all than freshly cooked. I want to share my recipe, I hope you like it.

Preparation:

First I want to say about the meat: you can use any of brawn, which you have, and what I enjoy. Our family loves jellied pork, so I describe a recipe with this kind of meat.

So, it will take 4 pigs' feet. I prefer to use them exactly as brawn freezes well with them, and no gelatin is not required. Fill the legs with water and cook on low heat for 6 hours.

Per hour until ready salt to taste, add one carrots, 2 bay leaves, two bulbs entirely and 7-8 peppercorns.

Then, remove the vegetables and spices, take out the meat, broth and filter. We separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Put the meat into sterilized jars and pour the hot broth. Rolls, wraps a blanket or coat and leave so until cool. Then remove the refrigerator or in the cellar - generally in a cool place.

IMPORTANT:

raw garlic in aspic not add, otherwise it will be poorly stored and go bad. Add chopped fresh garlic after opening the cans and just before serving. Bon appetit, my friends!
