Recipe for a delicious pilaf, which I often cook. This quick and easy recipe, there is not anything complicated. Only 30-40 minutes and a delicious risotto is ready.
Ingredients:

So, we need half of bacon packaging. Or take more / less to your taste.
Bacon cut into small pieces, measuring approximately 2 cm. And sends it to the pan. Add quite a bit of vegetable oil and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Put 1 onion (shinkuem semicircles), 1 carrots, cut into strips or grated on a coarse grater. Put salt to taste. Prepare 5 minutes.
