Ingredients: chicken liver, onion, sour cream, vegetable oil, Salt, ground black pepper, Greens (optional)
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients.
Wash chicken liver, pat dry. Cut the liver into 3-4 parts.
Peel onion, wash, cut into cubes (or thin half rings, quarter rings).
Heat up a frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Put the onion into the hot oil. Fry, stirring, over medium heat for 3-4 minutes (until golden brown).
Add liver to onion. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
Salt, pepper, add sour cream. Mix. Simmer another 3-5 minutes.
Chicken liver in sour cream sauce is ready. You can decorate the dish with herbs. Serve with your favorite side dish. It can be buckwheat, rice, pasta (I have burgur).
