Red currant compote with orange for the winter

Admin

Not everyone likes to make preserves and jams from red currants, since the berry has a dense skin and a large number of grains. But for making compote, it is just perfect. The drink with her participation has a beautiful red color. Orange will add a delicate citrus aroma and taste to it.

We prepare red currant compote with orange for the winter using the double pouring method without pasteurization - a fairly reliable and very convenient way of harvesting. The indicated amount of ingredients is calculated for 1 can of 3 liters or several cans of a smaller volume.
