As can be seen from the list of ingredients, there is no gelatin. But brawn freezes well without it. There are some peculiarities of preparation, so be sure to read the recipe to the end, so that nothing is missed.
So, we need a whole chicken weighing about 2 kg. We carve it into small pieces. Bones, of course, do not remove.
Fold chicken in large pan and fill with cold water. Water take approximately 4 liters, it should cover the chicken approximately 5-6 cm.
Once the water has boiled, remove scum and cook 3 hours on a low heat (but to boiling).
Then put 1 carrot and onion 1. Vegetables cut coarsely, or even put a whole, they are what we need to improve the taste. Salt to taste and cook for another 30-40 minutes. For 5-10 minutes until cooked add some peas of black pepper and bay leaf.
Now we filter the broth, remove the carrots and onions. Meat is detachable from the bones, cut into slices and mix with 4-5 cloves of garlic.
The molds we put the meat and pour the broth. Once cool - we remove in the refrigerator. After several hours chicken jellied Complete. Bon appetit, my dear!
