My favorite burgers - it's chicken. Who have been subscribed to my channel, he knows it :)) Today will tell you how I cook vegetarian cutlets from the chicken breast in French. I am sure that you will like them, too, so be sure to write down the recipe!
Ingredients:
chicken (breast)
sour cream
flour
eggs
green onion
garlic
salt
pepper
vegetable oil for frying
To prepare these burgers we need chicken breast - about 1 kg. I cut the breast into pieces, to get chopped stuffing. Sufficiently finely cut: pieces of size should be approximately 5x5 mm.
Add to stuffing 3 eggs, salt, pepper to your liking. Then put a little greenery. I usually use green onions, but in general you can put any greens.
Next we need to add 3 tablespoons sour cream (it chops obtained very well, gentle, so do not neglect this ingredient). Also put 3 crushed garlic cloves.
Then add 4 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly. That's all for meatballs minced ready. Do not be fooled that it is obtained by a liquid-like consistency of the batter - the way it should be.
On a frying pan with hot oil with a spoon lay out the stuffing and fry patties on both sides. These patties are fried very quickly - literally 2-3 minutes on each side, so long on the plate will not move away, but it will burn :) Bon appetit, my dear!
