This kepchup can be harvested in the winter, but you can do a small portion and immediately there. We loved this kepchup, so I am preparing several cans.

So, we need 2 kg of tomatoes. Need to take ripe tomatoes to get a tasty. Remove skins, cut each tomato into several pieces, and crushed by the blender.
