It is impossible to break away from this snack - it is very tasty, sharp little, spicy! At first I did not really believe that from green tomatoes can be cooked so yummy, but I was wrong! Incredibly delicious, be sure to cook, you will not regret!

Preparation:

Thus, the main ingredient of our meals - a green tomato. I take it green (immature) peat not fit - get a completely different taste, but also delicious. Green tomatoes will need 1 kg.

I wash them and cut into slices. Then add to the tomatoes sweet pepper, 1-2 pieces, depending on size. Pepper cut into cubes or strips shinkuem.

Add a bunch of chopped greens. I like to use only the fennel, sometimes add green onions.

Next, put a head crushed garlic. I prefer to finely chop it with a knife, rather than squeeze through the press. If you want to snack more spicy, it is possible an additional chop one head of onions.

Prepare filling. Mix 50 ml of 9% vinegar, 1 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir until smooth, pour the vegetables and stir.

We shift in a clean jar, capped and remove in a refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Ideally, give tomatoes marinated day, then they will be even tastier.
