I share my favorite recipe of pickled peppers. Well, very tasty! I cook every year just for this recipe, we eat very quickly, it will be necessary this year to roll up more cans.
Ingredients:
Bulgarian pepper
Salt
Sugar
Spices (pepper black pepper)
Vegetable oil
Vinegar 9%
Water
As you can see, there's a bit of ingredients. Nothing in excess is not, therefore, pepper turns out very tasty.
So, we need 2 kg of bell peppers. Cleanse them from the stalks, remove the seeds and cut lengthwise into several parts. I usually each pepper cut into 3-4 parts depending on its size. The result is a sort of pepper plate.
Now prepare the marinade. The pour saucepan 1 liter of water, add 2 tablespoons of salt, 1.5 cups of sugar, 1.5% vinegar cup 9, 1 cup of vegetable oil. Also put a few peas black pepper.
Once the marinade has boiled - lay it pepper, boil after boiling 5 minutes exactly. During cooking, pepper better not to stir.
After the specified time immediately decompose pepper to dry sterilized jars, and then fill the remaining marinade. Banks roll up, wrap up an old coat or blanket and leave to cool.
