Ingredients:

The composition of these rolls include a bit of ingredients. But the secret is not in them, but in the process of cooking: cheese is added not only filling, but the dough. So be sure to finish reading the recipe to the end, so that nothing is missed.
So, we will need 400 grams of cheese. Buns taste best obtained from curds fat content of 9%, but if there is such a cottage, or do not eat, then take any other.
Curd divide into 2 parts: one more (250g) for the test, the other is smaller (150 g) for the filling. I recommend curd through a sieve to make it homogeneous.
First make the dough. To the curd was added 2 tablespoons sugar, half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon baking soda and 4 yolk. Mix well, put the flour.
